Job summary

RadNet in Boise, Idaho is seeking a dedicated Workflow Analyst to help optimize patient care processes across imaging centers. You will observe workflows, document findings, and partner with site leadership to implement efficient changes that improve accuracy, speed, and coordination.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in workflow coordination or administrative support.
• Site scheduling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe workflows; document findings; propose solutions to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with onsite management to implement new workflows, policies, processes.
• Maintain records of workflow activities and site visits.
• Lead projects identified by the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager.
• Train staff on new and existing workflows.
• Support Clinical Operations, Regional and Site Operations teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries.
