Job summary

Home Organizers, Inc. is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of our HCM systems.

This role will own HR technology and drive a large-scale HCM implementation affecting HR, payroll, benefits, and employee experience. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strategic, cross-functional leadership and a proven track record in end-to-end HCM projects, including Rippling implementation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience including system configuration and administration.
• 2+ years leading HCM implementations or major HR technology projects.
• Demonstrated HRIS project management experience including implementation planning and execution.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience managing system integrations, data migration, and testing processes.
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS reporting and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary owner and SME for HR systems including HCM, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and employee lifecycle platforms.
• Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements, integrations, or new technology solutions.
• Ensure HRIS architecture supports scalability, automation, compliance, and data integrity.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of HCM systems including configuration, data migration, integrations, testing, and go-live.
• Serve as project manager for HR technology initiatives including timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate project using project management tools and communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors during implementations.
• Drive process mapping and redesign aligned with system capabilities.
• Oversee workflow configuration including onboarding, lifecycle events, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and resolution during implementation.
