Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking a team member to greet guests, load vehicles safely, and support daily car wash operations. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and following company procedures, with opportunities to train others and participate in the nightly close-down checklist.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outside in various weather, and contribute to a clean, safe car wash environment while assisting with membership drives and promotions.

Qualifications

• Greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel
• Knowledge of safety on property and layouts
• Able to guide and load each vehicle safely
• Willing to train new team members on training modules
• Knowledge of the LEAP conflict resolution process

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain the 4 Steps of Service
• Safely operate and monitor car wash tunnel equipment
• Perform vehicle safety inspections prior to wash
• Assist in nightly close down checklist
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the facility
• Assist with membership management and promotions
