Job summary

Champion Xpress Carwash is seeking an entry-level team member to welcome guests, safely pre-prepare vehicles, and assist with the car wash process. You will learn the four steps of service, perform basic equipment checks, and help with nightly close-down tasks.

Proactive teamwork and safety are essential as you support vacuum services, maintenance, and daily operations in all weather conditions. Training will be provided to ensure quality guest experiences and adherence to policies.

• Greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel.
• Safely guide and load each vehicle per size.
• Use bug prep gun to prepare vehicles for wash process.
• Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate.
• Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash.
• Make key adjustments to car wash equipment.
• Handle tunnel incidents safely and effectively.
• Vacuum service process.
• Participate in nightly close down checklist.
• Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service.
• Inform guests about memberships and services.
• Train new team members on approved training modules.
• Aid in member visit success rate.
• Communicate key vehicle information to crew.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility.
• Open and close the car wash safely with leadership.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather.
