Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a Data Governance Consultant with expertise in Records Information Management (RIM) and RoPA to mature enterprise records and privacy documentation programs. You will design, implement, and maintain records retention, disposition, information governance, and RoPA across the organization.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Security, and Risk Management to ensure RoPA accuracy and governance while supporting DPIAs and privacy risk assessments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Records Information Management, Information Governance, Privacy Operations, or Compliance.
• 3+ years of hands‑on RoPA documentation management.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR Article 30, Records of Processing Activities, and data lifecycle management.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, IT, and Security teams.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise RoPA documentation and records management programs.
• Administer records retention schedules and disposal procedures.
• Establish policies for physical and electronic records management.
• Conduct inventories, classifications, and remediation of records.
• Coordinate with Legal and Privacy teams on DPIAs and processing activities.
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries related to records governance.
• Lead governance training and awareness programs.
