WSB is seeking a Right-of-Way professional in Tulsa, OK, to interpret engineering drawings, appraisal reports, title standards, and conveyancing documents with precision. You will lead negotiations with landowners and prepare final paperwork for files, ensuring deadlines are met.
Applicants should have 2+ years in right-of-way/land/real estate, strong communication and organizational skills, and a collaborative, professional approach. IRWA membership and URA experience are a plus.
