Legacy PSG, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Agent in Texas to identify landowners, negotiate easements, and manage agreements from acquisition through construction. You will establish professional relationships with project personnel and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3 years in right-of-way, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro. A valid driver's license and a Texas Real Estate Commission license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 3 years of Right-of-Way industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) license.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and purchase permanent easements.
• Negotiate and purchase temporary construction easements.
• Enter landowner contacts and communications in database.
• Secure crossing permits for roads and railroads.
• Provide condemnation support.
• Must understand real estate practices and state regulations.
• Coordinate with Lead Right of Way Agent, Project Manager and Title Supervisor.
