Qualifications

• AA degree in any field (if no prior permitting experience).
• Strong computer skills with Outlook and Excel and other software tools.
• Reliable, independent worker who enjoys focused tasks.
• Interest in the utility, engineering, or infrastructure space.
• CAD experience through schooling or work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review permit applications for accuracy.
• Submit permits electronically and through municipal processes.
• Ensure compliance with local rules, regulations, and requirements.
• Support utility surveying projects by coordinating right-of-way access.
