Qualifications

• Utilities experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact landowners to acquire real property rights and settle claims.
• Negotiate property purchases and analyze appraisals for client recommendations.
• Represent client in negotiations with property owners and attorneys.
• Advise client on potential compromises or condemnation litigation.
