Qualifications

• Must be proficient with Google Earth/GIS systems and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Active TREC Right of Way Agent License or TREC Real Estate Broker license is required.
• BS or BA degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support local stakeholders with land and right-of-way projects in an assigned location.
• Assist with access, temporary workspace, and notification for integrity and corrosion projects.
• Prepare reports on easement rights, title updates, and landowner claims.
