Lonestar Land Services is seeking an experiencedRight-of-Way Agents to staff current and future projects around the USA.

You MUST have experience and any Real Estate or Right of Way licenses for the given state you would work in. In Texas, you must have either a Real Estate or a Right of Way license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

This is a general application for the position of Right of Way Agent. It can be located anywhere in the USA. We will consider your application for current and future job openings and projects. Select your Areas Willing to Work for consideration in those areas. If you have extensive experience, we may consider you for other positions as well.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure right-of-way and easement agreements.
  
• Conduct direct landowner outreach for pipelineand infrastructure projects.
  
• Acquire surface agreements, access agreements,and damage settlements as required.
  
• Coordinate with survey, engineering, and projectmanagement teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct Right-of-Way acquisition experience.
  
• Experience on pipeline, midstream, utility, orinfrastructure projects.
  
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and closeeasements.

Requirements

• 1+ yearsof experience in right of way, title, landacquisition, or real estate
  
• Good working knowledge oftitleresearch, land ownership, and propertyrecordsacross multiple jurisdictions
  
• Experience navigating county records, courthouseresearch, and GIS platforms
  
• Ability to work with a wide range of landowners andstakeholders with professionalism and clarity
  
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail anddocumentation accuracy
  
• Comfortable withnationwide travel whenrequiredand working in both field and remote environments
