JSI invites you to join our team as a Right of Way (ROW) Agent on our Engineering and Design Team in Nephi, UT office, where you\'ll play a critical role in advancing broadband and telecommunications initiatives that expand connectivity and drive digital inclusion—while advancing your career within a mission-driven, growth-focused organization.

As a ROW Agent, you will secure and manage rights-of-way, permits, and land access agreements to support broadband infrastructure deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in right-of-way acquisition for telecom and related infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of ROW for telecommunications projects and regulatory issues.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and determine ROW and permitting needs, coordinating with engineering teams.
• Identify and secure permits and easements from federal, state, county, city, and private landowners.
• Negotiate right-of-way acquisitions and other property interests for telecom operations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, property owners, local agencies, and permitting entities.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and documentation.
• Travel and a reliable vehicle are required.
