Distro in Philadelphia is seeking a proactive Case Manager or Paralegal to support our Employment Team. You will work one-on-one with an assigned attorney, gather case facts, draft documents, and manage files in electronic systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in litigation support, strong research and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Overtime and rare travel may be required.

This onsite role offers hourly compensation between $40 and $53.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal or case manager experience.
• Employment litigation experience a plus.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support your assigned attorney.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather case facts and documents.
• Review and analyze records and secure necessary documents.
• Assist in developing settlements, drafting documents, and preparing correspondence.
• Manage case files, ensuring accurate and prompt updates in electronic systems.
• Coordinate and track project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties as authorized.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by attorneys.
