Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal or case manager experience.
• Experience in Employment litigation is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned attorney with case management and document preparation.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather case facts and documents.
• Review records, organize files, and secure necessary documents.
• Draft documents, assist in settlements, and prepare correspondence.
• Maintain case files and updates in electronic systems.
• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and client communications.
