Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking a RMS Rigging Trainer to lead technical and safety training across multiple business units.

The role combines classroom, hands-on, and blended learning to connect rigging fundamentals with field realities, emphasizing sound judgment, safety, and reliable technique. The successful candidate will deliver engaging instruction, assess performance, and provide actionable coaching while coordinating with operations and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of rigging experience with field credibility and safe application.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training to riggers, operators and other craft professionals.
• Working knowledge of ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and relevant industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction in rigging practices, equipment selection, inspection, hazard recognition, lift preparation, communication, and safety requirements.
• Model correct techniques, observe participants, evaluate performance, and coach toward safe work habits.
• Coordinate training schedules across multiple business units and maintain training records.
