Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. is seeking a Rigging Trainer to plan, deliver, and evaluate technical and safety training across multiple units. You will lead classroom, hands-on, and blended learning; demonstrate rigging practices, assess performance, and coach for safe, repeatable work.

Expectation includes up to 80% travel, minimum three years of rigging experience, and credentials such as NCCCO/NCCER. Strong knowledge of ASME/OSHA/MSHA and excellent facilitation are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years or more of rigging experience with ability to teach both theory and field practice.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training to riggers, operators, and craft professionals.
• Familiarity with ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and related industry requirements; strong coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate technical and safety training across multiple business units.
• Lead classroom, hands-on, and blended learning; demonstrate rigging practices and assess performance.
• Coordinate training schedules with hiring, qualification, certification, and refresher needs; maintain records.
