Responsibilities

• Performs administrative tasks in support of conventions and trade shows.
• Works with the Rigging Coordinators to help efficiently dispatch technicians.
• Assists with radio and telephone coverage using multi‑line telephones.
• Runs reports and gives order status updates.
• Assists with billing, filing, and scheduling of staff.
