TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a reliable rigging professional to set up and rig large-scale equipment at job sites in Louisiana. You will assess loads, determine rigging points, and ensure safe use of tools and crane signals to guide items into position.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to follow plans, safety rules, and instructions in a busy construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (as a baseline).
• Ability to understand and transmit instructions; strong communication.
• Proficient with electrical/hand tools and layout/measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and rig large-scale equipment.
• Position, align, or level machines and structures.
• Shakeout items and rig for crane hoisting.
• Guide rigged items into position with tag lines.
• Estimate sizes, distances, quantities, and resources.
• Inspect work for compliance with plans and specs.
• Select rigging components and develop basic procedures.
• Identify suitable rigging points and rated rigging.
• Maintain understanding of LHE dynamics and hazards.
