Job summary

Matrix Service is seeking a crafts supervisor with refinery maintenance and turnaround experience to oversee daily tasks, coordinate with the general foreman and client, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires solid knowledge of craft environments, adherence to Matrix Service policies, and ability to pass drug screening requirements. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years or more of refinery maintenance/turnaround/construction experience.
• Must pass Craft Skills Test at or above 70% or hold NCCER certification for your craft.
• Demonstrated knowledge of craft environment supervised and Matrix Service policies.

Responsibilities

• Work with craft, supervision and client effectively.
• Maintain safety accountability and ensure high quality work.
• Complete daily timecards and toolbox safety minutes.
