Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma plus certificate or diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
• Rigging experience: at least 3 years as Foreman or Lead Person.
• Ability to read project documents including lift plans and specifications.
• Must be able to travel.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license; meet MVR criteria.

Responsibilities

• Complies with the highest level of safety during all project stages.
• Supervises and coordinates rigging activities and crews.
• Determines locations for movement and deployment of rigging equipment.
• Keeps records of work, time, equipment and materials used.
• Obtains customer signatures on documents and notifies HR of policy violations.
