Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Rigger Foreman to lead the rigging and installation of large equipment in industrial settings. You will coordinate crane signaling, align and level heavy items, and ensure safe execution throughout the rigging process.

This role requires hands-on use of hand and power tools, oxyacetylene welding, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical work on active construction sites with exposure to outdoor conditions is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Rigger Foreman in a Power Plant / Industrial setting.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools and layout tools safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and rigging large-scale heavy equipment.
• Position, align, or level machines, equipment, and/or structures.
• Shakeout of items to be installed into erectable sequence and rigging for crane hoisting with knowledge of crane signals.
• Guide rigged items into position using a tag line.
• Use of oxyacetylene and welding equipment to adjust/install rigged items.
