RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Align, level, and anchor cranes and equipment.
  2. Assemble and install supporting structures, rigging, hoist, and pulling gear.
  3. Connect pulley and blocks to fixed overhead structures with bolts, shackles, and clamps.
  4. Clean and dress machine parts and surfaces.
  5. Control movements of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces.
  6. Dismantle, maintain, and store rigging equipment.
  7. Manipulate rigging lines and hoist to move or support materials, steel, and concrete.
  8. Select gears, cables, and shackles based on load size, facilities, and schedule.
  9. Signal or direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads to ensure safety.
  10. Test rigging for safety and reliability before hoisting or lifting.
  11. Complete ProLift-specific, regulatory, and equipment training via our LMS system.
  12. Complete third-party and customer-required training for on-site access as needed.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Required Qualifications
  • Excellent mechanical reasoning skills
  • Good understanding of math, weights, measurement, and balance
  • Flexibility to travel and work overtime
  • Ability to pass drug test, fit-for-duty assessment, and background check
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs
Education

HS diploma or equivalent

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

OSHA 10 certification is a plus
