Barnhart is seeking a Rigger to join a team that builds, lifts, and moves America. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities across wind projects and heavy transport, with a strong safety-first culture.

You will rig, signal, and control loads, assist crane assemblies and transport equipment, and travel to job sites. Expect 40-50+ hour weeks with overtime potential and the chance to develop skills in rigging, mechanical work, and heavy transport.

Qualificações

• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to perform physical work outdoors.
• Willingness to travel and work varying schedules, including overtime.
• CDL Class A preferred or able to obtain.
• Experience with rigging, signaling, load control is a plus.

What You Bring

Required:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work

• Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime

Preferred:

• Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment

• CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)

• Rigger certification or TWIC card

Additional Expectations:

• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed

• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work

Work Environment

• 40-50+ hours per week with overtime potential
