Barnhart Energy Company is seeking a versatile Rigger to join a field-based team working on wind, heavy haul, and industrial projects across the United States. You will perform rigging, signaling, load control, support crane assembly, and transport coordination on dynamic sites.

The role offers hands-on growth, a safety-focused culture, and opportunities to develop skills in rigging, mechanical work, and heavy transport, with travel and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills required.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on outdoor environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime.
• Preferred: experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment.
• CDL Class A or TWIC/rigger certification preferred.
