Barnhart Crane & Rigging is seeking a proactive Rigger to perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts on major projects. The role involves assisting with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment, with travel to field sites across North America.

Required

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, outdoor environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime

Preferred

• Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment
• CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
• Rigger certification or TWIC card

Additional Expectations

• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work

Work Environment

• 40–50+ hours per week with overtime potential
• Travel-heavy role supporting job sites as needed
• Outdoor, industrial, and physically active work
