BARNHART Energy Company is seeking a Rigger to support heavy lift and transport projects nationwide. You will perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts, assist with crane assembly, and help with equipment transport in outdoor field environments.

What You Bring

Required:

• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to work in a hands‑on, outdoor environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime

Preferred:

• Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment
• CDL Class A (or ability to obtain)
• Rigger certification or TWIC card

Additional Expectations:

• Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field work

Work Environment

• 40–50+ hours per week with overtime potential
• Travel‑heavy role supporting job sites as needed
