Job summary

Ranger Energy Services is seeking a Floor Hand I to support well servicing rig operations in Belfield, ND. You will work under supervision to perform duties including rod and tubing handling, rig equipment operation, and site maintenance.

The position requires basic safety awareness, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver's license or CDL. On-site, full-time employment with opportunities to learn and grow within the team.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience working on a well servicing rig preferred.
• Must be familiar with pump and tank operations.
• Must have a valid state issued driver's license, CDL, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment.
• Competent communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Understand RES concept of Stop Work Accountability.
• Learn RES safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in site Meet and Greet and in safety meetings.
• Operate and assist with rig equipment including slips, tongs, and elevators.
• Assist in pipe tallying, rigging up and down, and nippling up and down BOP units.
• Pull and run rods and tubing.
• Maintain a clean, safe work site and equipment.
• Support energy isolation procedures and report hazards immediately.
• Learn new skills as directed by Rig Operator and mentors.
