Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco to drive a company-provided luxury SUV via the Uber app. You’ll be a W-2 employee with guaranteed hourly pay, tips, and benefits. Earn a $1,000 bonus after 25 shifts and get paid weekly or on-demand.

Pay starts at $20.50/hour with raises after about one month; top drivers earn over $25/hour when bonuses and tips are included. Healthcare coverage and unlimited time off are offered to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on the Uber app.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Receive guaranteed hourly pay, bonuses, and tips.
• Support from Alto with vehicle costs, insurance, and safety features.
