Alto is hiring rideshare drivers in San Francisco. You will work as a W-2 employee driving a company-provided luxury SUV and completing Uber trips. You earn an hourly wage with bonuses and keep 100% of your tips.

Pay starts at 20.50 USD per hour with raises in as little as one month, plus weekly pay and benefits including basic healthcare. A $1,000 bonus is offered after 25 shifts, with flexible scheduling and unlimited unpaid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to drive on Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with at least 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete passenger trips on the Uber app.
• Earn a guaranteed hourly wage plus bonuses and tips.
• Receive weekly pay via direct deposit or On-Demand Pay options.
