Alto is hiring drivers in San Francisco as W-2 employees. Drive a company-provided luxury SUV and complete Uber trips on the Uber app, earning a guaranteed hourly wage plus tips and employee benefits.

Pay features include hourly pay starting at $20.50 with raises after one month, weekly performance bonuses, and the option to receive tips directly. A $1,000 bonus is awarded after 25 shifts. Healthcare coverage is provided. Flexible schedule options allow you to set hours and take time off.

Formación

• Must be eligible to drive on Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Drive passengers to destinations using the Uber app.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a company-provided vehicle and comply with company policies.
