As a W-2 employee, you’ll receive healthcare coverage (dental and vision) and support from a 24/7 safety-focused team, with pay starts at $20.50/hr and potential to exceed $25/hr with bonuses and tips.

Qualifications

• Eligible to drive on Uber app (no suspensions).
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive trips on Uber app using the Alto-provided vehicle.
• Maintain safety and provide excellent passenger service.
• Adhere to schedules and performance standards.
