Job summary

Sesame Place, part of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for Rides to lead daily operations and deliver memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced park environment. You will train, coach, and mentor Ambassadors, monitor attendance and performance, enforce safety and park policies, and prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Three months of Park Operations or related leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Must be able to act responsibly with a high attention to safety.
• Must provide flexible, consistent availability (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Willing to comply with grooming guidelines and employment standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide Ambassadors with proper training and tools.
• Monitor and track attendance and performance; manage daily break schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Child Labor Laws for breaks, lunches and hours.
• Handle guest service matters promptly per procedures.
• Correct issues and provide positive reinforcement to Ambassadors.
• Conduct equipment and safety checks.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and tasks completion.
• Enforce park policies and procedures.
• Complete daily and weekly reports.
• Follow park protocol in emergencies.
• Establish a positive professional atmosphere with exemplary guest service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
