Job summary

Universal Kids Resort, part of Universal Studios, seeks a skilled maintenance technician responsible for the recovery, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of attractions and water play areas. You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, assist with animation/effects, and ensure OEM specifications are met.

The role requires 3+ years in electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems, strong teamwork, and the ability to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responds to and assists in the recovery and repair of attractions, show effects, and water play areas.
• Performs preventative and predictive maintenance per OEM specifications and engineering guidance.
• Completes inspections and creates work orders for discrepancies; notifies Ride & Show Management as needed.
• Performs repairs to equipment to improve ride reliability and show quality; implements engineering-directed modifications.
