Job summary

Caliente Harley Davidson is seeking a reliable Lot Technician to support vehicle readiness and showroom presentation. You will lead by example, prepare vehicles for customer handover, inspect for damages, and ensure the lot and vehicles are organized and clean.

Facilities maintenance and occasional deliveries are part of the role, including battery checks and assisting with shop tasks as needed. On-site position in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead yourself and team to support company vision and mission.
• Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags before returning vehicle to customer.
• Inspect vehicles for damages before returning to customer; report any damage immediately.
• Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles.
• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly; move units per dealership display standards.
• Pick up vehicles from and deliver vehicles to storage.
• Test batteries of customer vehicles in service drive.
• Maintain building and grounds as needed.
• Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed.
