Job summary

Harley-Davidson - Central Texas HD is seeking an experienced Lot Technician/Company Driver to load/unload and pull trailers, while keeping motorcycles ready for display and sale. You will help with shipments, deliveries, and general showroom/lot maintenance in a fast paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities include arranging motorcycles, tagging sold units, cleaning, detailing for pickup, and completing pre-delivery checklists.

Qualifications

• Experienced company driver (Non-CDL).
• Forklift experience (certification preferred).
• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Capable of moving large motorcycles up to 850 pounds.
• Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience preferred.
• Professional interaction with customers, managers and coworkers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Trustworthy, punctual and dedicated.
• Able to be on feet most of the day.
• Available for a 40–50 hour schedule, including Saturdays.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch and reach as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull units in and out each day safely.
• Arrange motorcycles in showroom and lot.
• Organize motorcycles in front lot and showroom.
• Assist with tagging units as sold.
• Keep units clean and dusted in showroom/building.
• Wash and detail units for pickup or delivery.
• Complete all pre-delivery checklists.
• Receive parts or equipment orders from offsite.
• Maintain showroom and lot cleanliness.
• Assist with other duties as requested.
