Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Dallas is seeking a dependable and outgoing Porter/Lot Technician to safely move and organize powersports units on our lot, showroom, and service areas. You’ll assist with check-in, keep the lot neat, and help prepare units for delivery, including cleaning and fueling.

You’ll also support the sales and service teams with logistics and inventory flow. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to ride and maneuver motorcycles, hold a valid driver’s license, and enjoy working outdoors in

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to ride and maneuver motorcycles and other powersports units (including manual transmission).
• Valid driver’s license required, motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions.
• Previous lot porter, detailer, or inventory support experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the shift.
• Ability to be on your feet most of the day.
• Ability to work a 40-50 hour schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units around the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas.
• Assist with vehicle check-in and inspection upon delivery.
• Keep the lot neat, clean, and organized at all times.
• Help prepare units for customer delivery, including cleaning and fueling.
• Support the sales and service team with unit movement and logistics.
• Maintain awareness of the lot’s layout and help manage inventory flow.
• Perform support tasks as needed.
