Job summary

Mall of America is seeking a dedicated maintenance technician to service Nickelodeon Universe rides and attractions. You will perform inspections, repairs, and timely responses to trouble calls while upholding high safety and quality standards.

Strong communication with team members and management is essential. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or vocational training and several years of mechanical or electrical experience in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years mechanical/electrical experience in commercial/industrial settings or completion of a two-year vocational program.
• Proficient oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair rides and attractions within Nickelodeon Universe.
• Complete ride opening inspections and repairs as assigned.
• Respond to trouble calls promptly and professionally.
• Ensure safe, quality workmanship and timely work orders.
• Maintain safety of the work area and surrounding areas.
• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
• Attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
