Job summary

Audacy in Richmond, VA, is seeking a Part Time Board Operator/Producer and On Air Personality to join the Programming team. You will run the control board, cue commercials and logs, and produce talk shows and live sports broadcasts.

This role requires the ability to collaborate with newsroom staff, create original content, and manage social media presence. The position requires flexibility for holidays, nights, overnights, and weekends, and is on-site at our Capital of the Commonwealth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Familiarity with station format required.
• Ability to perform with little supervision.
• Familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree in media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run the control board and manage logs, commercials, and IDs.
• Produce talk shows, sports events, and on-site broadcasts.
• Collaborate on story ideas with the team and newsroom staff.
• Create original content and perform live broadcasts.
