Job summary

CSI Group seeks a Director to lead CSI Advisors’ operational infrastructure, ensuring compliant, efficient experiences for members and Servicing Financial Advisors. You’ll drive end-to-end processes from onboarding to trading, billing, and reporting, partnering with Schwab and firm leadership to enable rapid, sustainable growth.

The role requires 7+ years in RIA/wealth ops, strong process design skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years of RIA or wealth management operations experience.
Hands-on experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and custodial operations.
Deep understanding of account operations, trading workflows, and reconciliation.
Proven ability to design, implement, and scale operational systems.
Experience implementing or optimizing advisory technology platforms.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead RIA back-office operations with focus on accuracy and member experience.
Oversee onboarding, ACATs/transfers, trading, billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
Drive onboarding workflows for advisors and members to ensure smooth transitions.
Develop scalable SOPs and controls to support growth.
Partner with Compliance, CIO, and CRO to ensure regulatory readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and custodians on integrations.
