Job summary

Invesco in Detroit seeks a Professional Buyer Market Leader with extensive experience in asset management sales. You will build trusted partnerships with large RIAs and Multi-Family Offices, driving long-term holdings of Invesco products and delivering Total CX.

The role requires a strategic business mindset, ability to lead a team, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. Travel within the territory and a hybrid work model are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of asset management sales experience.
• Undergraduate degree required.
• Advanced degree a plus.
• Strong consultative selling and client-facing skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of capital markets and investment products is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated client relationships with high end RIAs in MI, OH, PA, KY, and Western Update NY, expanding wallet share.
• Travel within territory to meet clients, COIs, and lead client events.
• Lead and deploy a team to support territory success.
• Engage clients as a consultant, delivering education, portfolio construction, and practice management guidance.
• Identify opportunities and execute a data-driven client segmentation strategy.
