Job summary

Invesco is seeking an experienced asset management sales professional to lead territory coverage, build and maintain client relationships, and deliver tailored investment solutions to Financial Advisors in the New York area.

The role emphasizes a data-driven, consultative selling approach, with travel within the territory and a focus on growing wallet share while leveraging Invesco’s resources and specialists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of asset management sales experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 required (63/65 can be substituted for the 66).
• CFA, CIMA or similar certification a plus.
• Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, SMAs and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a territory sales plan that aligns with the firm plan.
• Grow client relationships and develop new profitable opportunities.
• Deliver product presentations to Financial Advisors via face-to-face meetings, telephone, WebEx, seminars, and conferences.
• Travel within the territory to meet clients, COIs, and lead client events.
• Use data-driven segmentation and portfolio construction discussions with clients of varying expertise.
