Job summary

Altium Packaging in Sparta, Tennessee is seeking an entry level Machine Operator, RHSB to run and support reheat stretch blow operations, pack bottles for shipment, and help maintain quality on a fast-paced line.

You will rotate between machines and packing styles, choose proper box sizes, assemble boxes with a tape gun, apply labels, and inspect product samples for defects while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of packing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Basic computer and scanning skills; willingness to rotate tasks and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor RHSB machines.
• Rotate between machines and packing styles.
• Select appropriate box sizes and assemble boxes with a tape gun.
• Label and package bottles for shipment.
• Inspect product samples for defects and report issues.
• Maintain a clean workstation and follow safety protocols.
• Work overtime as needed to support production.
