Job summary

UCB is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison in Rheumatology for the West region. This field-based role develops and executes provider engagement strategies with Thought Leaders, conferences, and professional organizations to elevate UCB's leadership in immunology.

The TLL collaborates across Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales to drive compliant peer-to-peer initiatives, manage speaker bureau activities, and build strong KOL relationships that inform strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Therapeutic sales, marketing, KOL development and/or related roles.
• Ability to travel approximately 70%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute KOL meetings and HCP engagement at Rheumatology conferences, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to pull through corporate and brand strategy and support advisory boards.
• Manage speaker bureau operations and ensure compliant pull-through of educational initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national, regional, and local KOLs to inform strategic planning.
