Seeking a Long-Term Partnership for a Full-Time BE/BC Rheumatologist in Indianapolis, IN

We are looking for a dedicated Rheumatologist to join our established practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity.

Practice Details:

• Our practice includes two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and staff specializing in arthritis, osteoporosis, and other rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.
• Practice Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Patient contact hours: 36 per week, with 4 hours allocated for administrative duties.
• Work schedule: 4-day workweek.
• Call schedule: 2-week rotation with rotating holidays, approximately 1:3 call ratio.
• Average outpatient volume: 18-20 patients daily.
• Support staff includes dedicated Medical Assistants for patient care and prior authorizations.
• Opportunities for outreach in central Indiana.
• Referral base includes over 150 new patient referrals monthly from primary care providers.
• Specialty services available include Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Neuroscience, Orthopedics, and Pain Management.
• Collaborative relationships with Pulmonology and Nephrology.
• Mentorship from experienced physicians is available.
• Note: The practice does not manage fibromyalgia or general pain management cases.
