Job description

Indianapolis practice is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Rheumatologist to join its team. The practice consists of two physicians, one advanced practice provider, and a dedicated staff who specialize in providing exceptional care to patients with arthritis, osteoporosis, and various rheumatic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Practice Details:

1. Practice hours are from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
2. Call schedule of 1:3
3. Physician will work a 4-day week
4. 36 patient contact hours per week, with 4 hours allocated for administrative tasks
5. Average outpatient volume of 18-20 patients per day
6. 1-2 inpatient cases per week, with inpatient rounding at one hospital
7. Strong primary care referral base with over 150 new patient referrals monthly
8. Personalized mentorship from experienced physicians
