Job summary

US Arthritis and Rheumatology Institute in Temecula, CA, is looking for a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rheumatology team. You will work with an experienced rheumatologist to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with autoimmune diseases, inflammatory arthritis, and connective tissue disorders.

This full-time role involves performing joint injections, administering biologic therapies, documenting care, and developing individualized treatment plans

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program.
• PA-C certification by the NCCPA.
• 1+ years experience in rheumatology required.
• Active state PA licensure; CPR/BLS; DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and history taking.
• Diagnose and manage rheumatologic conditions (RA, lupus, gout).
• Administer biologic therapies and DMARDs.
• Perform joint injections and related procedures.
• Develop treatment plans with education and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with rheumatologist and care team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with policies.
