Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of rheumatologic conditions in collaboration with ARA physicians. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care through clinical assessment, diagnostic interpretation, medication management, patient education, and coordination of internal and external services.

This is a full-time position based in a clinical practice setting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a graduate degree appropriate to the NP's area of practice.
• Current licensure as an RN and NP in applicable states.
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current authorization to practice as a Nurse Practitioner including prescriptive authority or collaborative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive histories, examinations, assessments, and treatment plans per clinical protocols.
• Prescribe medications and perform office-based procedures as permitted by state law.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies and imaging.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans including follow-up care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Refer patients for internal and external services including therapies and imaging.
