Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited NP program with graduate degree.
• Current RN and NP licensure in applicable state(s).
• National board certification as an NP in population focus.
• Prescriptive authority and collaborative practice as required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for rheumatologic conditions.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, DEXA as permitted).
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans including medications.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and disease management.
• Coordinate care with internal and external services and document in EMR.
