Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Specialty Care in Winchester, MA is hiring a Medical Assistant for Rheumatology on a per diem basis with a day shift. The position requires either an MA program credential or certification, or substantial MA experience, and BLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; and an accredited Medical Assistant program graduate or MA certification (AAMA, CCMA, RMA, NCMA) or 5 years of MA experience.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vital signs and document medical history in the EMR.
• Assist clinicians to deliver high-quality, safe care in a rheumatology setting.
