Responsibilities

• Escort patients to room and complete patient intake per EHR workflow.
• Perform and assist with procedures requested by the provider.
• Review schedules and organize patient flow.
• Document any telephone communication involving a patient in EHR.
• Fill out all FMLA and Short-term Disability forms.
